油菜素内酯是一种植物激素，含有七元B-环内酯的一种自然类固醇，能促进两种细胞伸长和细胞分裂并用作植物生长调节剂。 可溶于甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、丙酮等有机溶剂。植物生长调节剂，广泛用于多种作物的甾体化合物。 Description:IC50 Value: N/ABrassinolide is a plant sterol first isolated from pollen of rape (Brassica napus L.), Brassinolide could promote stem elongation and cell division.in vitro: Caspase-3 activity was obviously increased after brassinolide treatment. Western blot studies indicated that treatment with brassinolide triggered a time-dependent decrease in the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 [1]. After treatment of brassinolide under the concentration of 0.001 - 10.0 microg x mL(-1), the resistance of CCRF-VCR was reversed partly with the reversing folds respectively as 4.4 - 11.6 [2].
