Information:S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO, RVC-588, S-Nitroso-L-glutathione,Nitrosoglutathione) is an amino acid and nitric oxide donor that, under physiological conditions, spontaneously releases nitric oxide. S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO) selectively inhibits platelet and NF-κB activation. It induces apoptosis in T cells in low concentrations (< 0.6 mM) while protecting T cells from apoptosis in higher concentrations (1-2 mM).
