「同位素标记抑制剂」O-Desmethyl gefitinib-d6

发布时间:2025-06-12     作者:德尔塔生物   分享到:

【产品介绍】:

生物活性:O-Desmethyl gefitinib-d6 is the deuterium labeled O-Desmethyl gefitinib. O-Desmethyl gefitinib is an active metabolite of Gefitinib in human plasma. The formation of O-desmethyl gefitinib is dependent on CYP2D6 activity. O-desmethyl gefitinib inhibits EGFR with an IC50 of 36 nM in subcellular assays[1][2].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
德尔塔生物 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
