生物活性:Erdosteine-13C4 is a 13C-labeled Erdosteine. Erdosteine inhibits lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced NF-κB activation[1][2]. Erdosteine has muco-modulatory, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects[3].
体外研究(In Vitro):Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
