生物活性:Oxolinic acid-d5 is the deuterium labeled Oxolinic acid. Oxolinic acid is an antibiotic against both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Oxolinic acid can be used for the research of acute and chronic urinary tract infections. Oxolinic acid is a DNA/RNA synthesis inhibitor. Oxolinic acid acts a dopamine uptake inhibitor and stimulants locomotor effect in mice[1][2][3].

Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
