生物活性：Baloxavir-d5 is deuterium labeled Baloxavir. Baloxavir (Baloxavir acid), derived from the proagent Baloxavir marboxil, is a first-in-class, potent and selective cap-dependent endonuclease (CEN) inhibitor within the polymerase PA subunit of influenza A and B viruses. Baloxavir inhibits viral RNA transcription and replication and has potently antiviral activity[1][2].

Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].
