Delta F's Unique Oxygen Sensor
There are many processes where even the
faintest presence of oxygen can have a disastrous effect on product
quality or process yield.
Delta F has been the technology leader in oxygen
analysis for the past 15 years with our non-depleting electrochemical
sensor technology. Our coulometric oxygen sensors eliminated the
need for replacing depleted sensors by not depleting over time.
Our new E-Sensor includes a non-depleting proprietary anode and
carbon cathode that use an ambient temperature oxygen reaction to
produce a current flow that is precisely proportional to the number
of O2 molecules reduced at the cathode. The results are unsurpassed
long-term reliability, rapid response, the elimination of false
drift and false low readings, and the elimination of frequent recalibrations.
Our E-Sensor is available with an optional
improved STAB-EL system to remove acids and ionic impurities
from the electrolyte for use in harsh applications. There is a full
5-year warranty.
In addition to the coulometric E-Sensor, we
also provide a solid state sensor with a solid state electrolyte
where very fast response is required across a wide measurement range.
This sensor is particularly well-suited for analyzers in industrial
settings.
